Business Operations, Marketing Plan and Marketing Vision 

 To open a permanent location in all high concentration states:
California, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Ohio Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia and Canada.

Those offices will include one office manager for public relations and 2 outside sales people most of their income is lead generated, to hire more upon need.  This office will delegate all installation orders To outside Installation contractors who will be fully licensed and insured, or work with direct TV existing operational team that will reduce cost substantially.  

* Advertise in all ethnic newspapers local ethnic Radio and television, signs, brochures, commercials, direct mailings or e-mail messages, personal contact, etc. And to sponsor local ethnic events , Outbound marketing" includes promoting a product through continued advertising, promotions, public relations and sales, and Publicity.

* Yearly sponsored  events for direct TV  new PKG with promoters, and entertainers for the middle east  those events will fully support them self.

* Operation Budget- Budget for the offices suggested to range from $60,000 to  $114,000 for each location the rest will be lead and commission generated.

* Advertising Budget- Not to exceed $25,000 a year per location.

* Sponsoring Events will vary on the significant and the importance of each   event, budget will be determined.
